Construction Supervision Services in this context represent professional activity of highly qualified experts in the relevant field of specialization performing not only technical supervision on site, but also a project management in a range of his expertise, including contract management in terms of valid Work Contract, project documentation, building permits, Slovak technical standards and relevant legislation. The main activity of the Engineer is the administration of contracts, the monitoring of works and the confirmation of payments to the contractor.
Our company provides these services in the field of large-scale construction projects, mainly financed from the Structural or Cohesion EU funds, through a team of experts having various professions. This way we ensure management of the entire construction, so called project management on behalf of the Employer/Investor.
We are experienced in construction management in accordance with Act 513/1991 Coll. Commercial Code, Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-Build for electrical and mechanical works and for building and engineering works designed by the Contractor (FIDIC, Yellow book), Conditions of Contract for construction for building and engineering works designed by the Employer (FIDIC, Red book) as well as under a Concession Contract.
Public Procurement Services are provided by professionally qualified person in public procurement. It includes both activities such as preparation of bids for candidates and bidders interested in the process of public competition, and also assecuration of individual actions in the implementation of the procurement process on behalf of the Contracting Authority.
